Ralph has over 20 years experience working as an executive in some of the worlds largest companies. He has a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge, an AMP from INSEAD, and he is a chartered engineer.
Ralph has previously worked for ICI Plc and Zeneca Plc. His most recent roles include President of Sensient Technology Corporation global flavour and fragrance business and as an elected officer of the New York Stock Exchange listed company. He has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and the USA.
He is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
With over 15 years experience in the field of medical research and printed electronics, Richard is well recognized as a pioneer in material science and its applications.
He is credited for many world’s first’ applications using inorganic and organic light emitting materials. He is a regular keynote speaker internationally and sits on a number of industrial and government advisory boards. Richard and his company have won many international and national awards for innovation, research and business.
With an early life as a successful artist in based in France, Richard has a thorough understanding of the creative process and a unique view on the development of markets for innovative research.
Martin is an experienced, technically competent, business development, and project Director who has been the architect of several concept to production business creations around the world in various market sectors. Martin’s last role prior to joining PolyPhotonix was as a main board Director at Sanko Gosei Ltd of Toyama, Japan.
Kirk is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience of both private and public sectors, gaining experience in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas, including the US and Caribbean. He has worked on large scale capital and infrastructure projects, contract renegotiation, post-merger integration and transformation programmes, including the new financial operating models for multinational organisations. Kirk has worked with Cable & Wireless, O2 and Vodafone as well as holding posts with the Ministry of Justice, BIS, the Home Office and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. While at the Home Office, he was the UK authority for the Solid Funds, both representing the UK in Brussels and overseeing €217m for social investment.
Kirk has an MBA from the London Business School and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and has been a non-executive on several boards, including the Diocese of Southwark.
